Both testimonials are carried over from the live site. Two is thin. Before launch we want a minimum of eight, ideally with a photo of the actual home and the community named — attributed reviews with specifics are far more persuasive than anonymous praise, and they support Review schema.

Both are now the verbatim quotes from the live /testimonials page (2026-10-01). Tyler McCall's used to be a paraphrase shown in quote marks, which put words in a real person's mouth. Written permission to publish is still worth having on file.

The contractor license number is not optional. Florida requires licensed contractors to display the license number in advertising, and a website is advertising. The brokerage name and license are required separately if Coastal Pointe lists homes on the MLS. Both need to be on the site before it goes live.
