What brings you here?
6 intents, 6 destinations, 6 routing targets. Scope §18: "Every form should be associated with a specific customer intent." This screen is how that gets enforced instead of hoped for.
2 further intents are built and held with their programs: I'm interested in Lease to Legacy™, I'm interested in owner financing. They return to this grid the moment the programs publish.
The journey label is not a CRM object. Each intent carries a stable journey value that travels with the lead into whichever CRM Coastal Pointe selects. Pipeline names, stages and owners are configured on the CRM side in src/lib/leads/routing.ts — so the forms can be built and wired now, before the Pipedrive-vs-GoHighLevel decision is made.
The general form below still exists for anyone who does not fit. It is intentionally second, not first.
Two-across at 640px+, single column below. Cards stay tappable full-width.

The intent field sets the journey; src/lib/leads/routing.ts turns that into a pipeline, stage and owner in whichever CRM is chosen. Hidden on every submission: source page URL, referrer, GCLID, fbclid, the UTM set, session landing page and device. Sends an internal notification and a customer confirmation. Writes the consent record — timestamp, IP, form URL and disclosure version — onto the contact, because A2P means producing that opt-in years later.

Call tracking numbers (scope §19) go here and on every market page, so phone conversions are attributable to campaign. Use a dynamic-number- insertion pool, and keep the real number in schema markup so NAP consistency for local SEO is not broken.

The one-business-day promise is gone at Coastal Pointe's direction (2026-08-14, item 11). The sequence is still published because knowing what happens next is most of the reassurance; the clock is not. Response time becomes an internal metric measured in the CRM rather than a public commitment — which is the right call while there is no sales team yet to hold to it. If Coastal Pointe later wants to advertise a response time, this block takes it back with a single line and the CRM data to back it up.
