Most control, longest timelineScope §9 asks for "custom versus personalized or semi-custom construction." Putting it this early is deliberate. Mismatched expectations about what "custom" includes are the number one source of friction in custom home sales, and sorting it on the website saves the sales team an enormous amount of unproductive time.
