Warranty & Homeowner Support
You closed. We're still here.
Three actions, no marketing. A homeowner arriving here has a problem. Any copy between them and the form is friction that turns into a phone call to the sales team.
Is this an emergency?
Call immediately
- · Active water leak you cannot shut off
- · No heat or no cooling in extreme weather
- · Total loss of power or water
- · Sewer backup
- · Anything that is a safety risk
Emergency line: TO CONFIRM
Submit a request
- · Drywall cracks and nail pops
- · Doors or windows out of adjustment
- · Grout, caulk and cosmetic items
- · Appliance issues under manufacturer warranty
- · Anything not urgent
Publishing the emergency/non-emergency distinction reduces after-hours calls and sets expectations. Coastal Pointe needs to supply the emergency number and its coverage hours.
What your warranty covers
Year 1
Workmanship and materials coverage.
Year 2
Systems coverage — plumbing, electrical, HVAC distribution.
Years 3-10
Structural coverage.
Coverage terms shown are a general summary. Your written limited warranty governs and its terms control in the event of any conflict. Coverage periods and exclusions vary.
The 1/2/10 structure above is the industry-standard shape and is a PLACEHOLDER. Coastal Pointe must supply its actual warranty document and terms. Never publish coverage periods that do not match the signed warranty — that is a direct liability.

journey=warranty-service. A service ticket with a reference number emailed back, never a sales deal — warranty requests in a sales pipeline pollute pipeline reporting permanently. If the chosen CRM cannot model tickets separately from deals, this route points at a different system entirely. Still need to confirm what warranty uses today.
Homeowner documents
- · Your limited warranty document
- · Appliance manuals and registration
- · Paint colors and finish selections
- · Maintenance schedule
- · Emergency shutoff locations
- · Trade partner contacts
A homeowner portal with per-home documents is a Phase 2 item (scope §16 lists a customer portal under future phases). At launch this is a request form; the pages are structured so the portal can slot in without an IA change.
Homeowner FAQ
Know someone looking to build?
Our best customers come from people who already live in a Coastal Pointe home.
The only ask on this page, and it sits at the bottom after the homeowner has been helped. Sequencing matters — a referral ask above the warranty form would read as tone-deaf.
