Each project should be its own indexable URL. '[City] custom home builder' searches convert, and a portfolio of individual project pages is what ranks for them.

Photography is the entire deliverable here. Scope §17 rules out stock, and for custom work stock imagery is actively counterproductive. Do not launch this section with fewer than six real completed projects — a thin portfolio is worse than none.

Get written photo releases from homeowners before publishing. Include it in the closing packet going forward.
