Available Homes
Move-in-ready, quick move-in and under-construction homes across our Florida markets.
Quick-filter chips exist because most visitors will not open a 14-field filter panel. The chips are the top five searches; the panel is for the people who want it.
Every filter combination writes to the query string. That makes results shareable, back-button-safe, and lets us build indexable landing pages (/homes?market=tampa-fl) without duplicating templates.
Hidden at launch: none of these controls works yet, and a search box that does nothing is worse than none. The full inventory shows below without it. It returns with the Phase 4 search build.

Homes shown are listed directly by Coastal Pointe Homes and are not sourced from a Multiple Listing Service. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Data last updated Sep 22, 2026, 12:00 AM.
Listings displayed through the participation of Turtle Key Realty Group, LLC, Jennifer Nicole Brooks, Broker.
Placeholder. PLACEHOLDER — the exact attribution wording, logo requirement, refresh-frequency statement and broker-of-record disclosure are dictated by the participating MLS's IDX rules. Final text comes from the signed IDX agreement, not from us. Brokerage of record is currently Turtle Key Realty Group, LLC and transfers to Coastal Pointe Realty Group on DBPR registration. The IDX agreement will need re-executing under the new participant — plan on a short window where the feed is re-pointed, not a redesign.
Filter rail becomes a bottom-sheet behind a sticky "Filters (3)" button. Results go single column. Map/grid toggle stays; map opens full-screen.
Map view matters more here than on a resale site — buyers of new construction are choosing a location as much as a house, and site plans only make sense spatially.

We build continuously and inventory changes weekly. Widen your search, or let us build what you are looking for.
The empty state is a conversion opportunity, not an error. A buyer who filtered to zero results has told us exactly what they want and nobody has it — that is the single best moment to pitch build-to-order.
SEO landing variants from this one template
- · /homes/tampa-fl — New Homes in Tampa, FL
- · /homes/port-charlotte-fl — New Homes in Port Charlotte, FL
- · /homes/quick-move-in — Quick Move-In Homes
- · /homes/waterfront — Waterfront New Homes in Florida
These are real routes with unique H1s, intros and metadata — not query-string duplicates. Scope §20 requires each to be independently indexable. Canonicals point at the clean path; filtered query-string states are noindex to avoid a crawl trap.
