The registration timestamp is evidence in a commission dispute. It must be immutable, stored server-side, and reproducible from the CRM record — not just an email that could be edited.

Both the agent and internal sales get a confirmation containing the reference number and the registration expiry date. Agents keep those emails for exactly this reason.

State the registration period and the conditions plainly on this page. Ambiguity here is the single biggest source of builder/agent conflict.
